    We accept cash, check and card, including HSA cards.

    In-office or video visits starting at $199
    Additional medications, imaging, point-of-care labs, and in-office supplies may add an additional cost.

    Medical clearance exams $150
    (DOT physicals, sports physicals, pre-employment physicals, etc.)
    These appointments are usually not covered by insurance.

    IV Infusions starting at $125
    Vital Care is now offering IV fluid appointments. Pregnancy rehydration, fluid loss from sickness, migraine management, or immune boost. Your provider can send us an order or you can just walk-in!

  • Yes, for established primary care patients we can provide video visits. Talk to your primary care provider about setting this up.

VITAL SERVICES

  • SAME DAY IMAGING

    With our new on-site imaging equipment, we can perform same-day CT Scans, X-rays, and Ultrasounds.

  • COMMON ILLNESSES

    Coughs, colds, sore throats, sinus infections, bladder infections, skin infections, ear infections, and pink eye.

  • COMMON INJURIES

    Common injuries such as sprains and strains, cuts and abrasions; minor burns; minor eye foreign body; stable fractures.

  • COMMON COMPLAINTS

    Common complaints such as back pain; ear pain; rashes; abdominal pain; headache, and dizziness.

  • COMMON PROCEDURES

    Common procedures such as laceration repair (stitches if needed); abscess drainage; non-malignant skin lesion removal; wart freeze; ear wax removal.

  • COMMON MEDICATIONS

    Many common medications on-site that can be dispensed as part of the visit including antibiotics.

  • RAPID PCR TESTING

    We have rapid testing available for COVID, influenza, RSV and strep.

  • CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT

    Chronic disease management such as hypertension, cholesterol, thyroid, asthma, COPD, gout and diabetes.

  • DOT PHYSICALS

    We do CDL/DOT physicals and medical cards.

  • MENTAL HEALTH

    Depression, anxiety, and additional mental health concerns.

  • L&I

    We are a licensed L&I provider in both Washington and Oregon and accept L&I claims.

  • VACCINES

    We can provide you with your seasonal flu vaccine or update your tetanus.

  • WELL & PREVENTATIVE VISITS

    Well visits or preventative visits for 13 years and above.

  • IV FLUIDS

    IV fluid administration available for pregnancy, re-hydration, immune boost.

  • SAME DAY TESTING

    In-office, same-day testing for things like strep, mono, and bladder infection.
