First you have to make a decision. Do I want my visit to the doctor to be convenient, efficient, and transparent? If the answer is yes you are ready for step two.

Click on the make an appointment link at the top right of the screen. This will re-direct you to our appointment screen where you can see the open appointment times. Click on the appointment time that works for you and follow the prompts. We will send you a confirmation shortly after. We may also send you some forms to fill out that will help us limit the time you have to spend at the clinic.

Appointments made online can be in-person or video. Established patients may also get text or email care through a private messaging app when appropriate.

If you need a prescription we have many medications available in the clinic that are included with your visit, eliminating the need for additional trips to the pharmacy. Labs that we can run in-house (ex. strep test) are included with your visit. Send out labs will be billed to your insurance. We can charge your card on file, you can pay at the clinic, or we can send you a bill online. No surprises!
